Alton Post Office Solar is sited on a remote parcel of land with existing natural buffers. The design of the project incorporates wildlife corridors throughout, encouraging the natural habitat to thrive when construction is completed. The solar facility will be located in Halifax County and be interconnected to an existing Person – Sedge Hill 230 kV transmission line located at the eastern edge of the project.

That's 35 years of revenue from a project that does not require costly infrastructure or public services, increase traffic or impact prime farmland.
