The Director of Strategy will play a critical role in shaping and executing the long-term vision and growth strategies of the company. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position requires an individual with a strong blend of analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and market insight. The Director will be responsible for leading market research, identifying pipeline needs, and formulating market entry strategies for both greenfield development and M&A opportunities in priority markets. This role will also lead the preparation and delivery of the annual business review, ensuring alignment of strategic objectives across the organization.
As a Technical Accounting Manager, you will play a vital role in a growing renewable energy business. You will focus on providing technical accounting interpretation and implementation guidance associated with both U.S. GAAP and IFRS. You will also have an opportunity to lead the development of the technical accounting function at Urban Grid and participate in special projects such as the implementation of new financial reporting tools and processes from the ground up, while developing your professional skillset in the renewable energy and utility industry. This role is responsible for technical accounting research and documentation in the form of technical accounting memos, providing technical accounting guidance to colleagues, assisting with the design and implementation of internal controls, and activities supporting corporate transactions. This position will also work with the company’s accounting and financial reporting team to ensure accurate accounting and financial statements.
The Project Manager is responsible for leading projects from late-stage development through Engineering-Procurement-Construction (EPC) contracting and construction, to completion and hand-off to Asset Operations Management. Responsible for managing multiple projects at a time and accountable for meeting project milestones and maintaining accurate project schedules and budgets including project Profit and Loss.
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for practicing the highest level of project management maturity in managing all project stakeholders including Project Development, Finance, Interconnection & Transmission, Performance Engineering, Owner’s Engineer, Lenders Engineering Representative, Photovoltaic (PV) Contractors, Permitting Entities, specialty and task specific Contractors, Long Lead Equipment Suppliers, Lenders, Tax Equity Investors, Supply Chain, and other key stakeholders involved in the project.
As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for the safe and reliable operations of the company’s operating assets. The Asset Manager will be responsible for management of solar assets and ensuring their optimal performance, efficiency, and profitability. This role involves collaborating with various teams including finance, pre-construction, construction, engineering, and legal to implement effective strategies for managing and optimizing solar assets. The Asset Manager will also be responsible for the daily activities of the assets and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry best practices.

The Project Developer will support the development and execution of renewable energy projects, with a focus on project management, communication, permitting, and risk identification. This position is ideal for an individual with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for renewable energy.
Urban Grid is seeking an accomplished and driven Director of Project Delivery to lead our pre-construction and construction efforts in the utility scale solar sector. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive background encompassing both commercial and technical facets necessary to lead project teams from pre-construction through the final completion of solar development projects. This role requires a deep understanding of the industry, construction management, risk mitigation, contract management, and successful leadership of cross-functional teams in the renewable energy domain.
