Richmond, Va., August 18, 2021 – Urban Grid, a utility scale solar and storage company known for its strategic delivery of high-quality renewables projects, announced the Permit by Rule approval for Foxglove Solar, LLC by the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ). The 75 MWAC solar project in Frederick County, Virginia, underwent DEQ’s , comprehensive and multi-agency review process and will now enter the final phase of pre-construction development. “Urban Grid is excited to receive Department of Environmental Quality approval for another Virginia solar project.
